The main switchboard is staffed Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:30. Outside those hours, please leave a voicemail or send an email. The Services desk is available Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00.
For visitor access and delivery, use the Building A entrance on Aldermere Way (north façade). See the campus page for a map and travel directions.

Research staff
Individual researcher email addresses follow the convention first.last@veyra.example. You can look up any member of faculty, postdoctoral staff, or graduate students through the People directory. Profile pages include office location, email, and research interests.
Leadership
For matters requiring Director or Dean-level contact, first reach out through the general email or the relevant departmental address above. The Institute Secretary (secretary@veyra.example) coordinates correspondence with the Director, the Board Chair, and the Dean of the Graduate School.
