Admissions & Funding
Eligibility conditions, funding, application steps, deadlines, and expected outputs for every Veyra education track — from doctoral degrees to professional short courses.
How admissions work at Veyra
Veyra operates centralised admissions for its doctoral and postdoctoral tracks through the Graduate School office, led by Prof. Idris Komnenos. For the summer school, a dedicated admissions panel convenes each year from January to April. Professional short courses are booked directly via the training office.
All graduate and fellowship applications are reviewed on a rolling basis within each cycle. Shortlisted candidates are invited to a video or on-site interview with the prospective supervisor and a Graduate School panel member. Offers are conditional on verified academic credentials; unconditional offers are issued after final transcript submission.
Veyra does not charge an application fee for any of its programs. The Institute is committed to admitting on merit and provides bursaries, fee waivers, and visa support to ensure financial circumstances do not preclude strong candidates.
